How important is the `CIF_TWIN` dictionary to be multiblock-aware?

I don't know how it is used, and how often it is needed for MS-related cifs.

Is it worth investigating how to incorporate multiblock concepts, or do we leave it for now?

It was developed in 2008 and has seen (unfortunately) little use as it did not appear in the first volume and was not properly released until about 2016. It is very much a single-block approach so I'd leave it alone for now.
