Blank Project Update Read More Project not getting tracked.

Describe the bug
If Read More Page is Blank , it is not tracked, No Text is registered , But if some text is already passed , then it works properly Why

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Project Updates → create a new update
2. Select a project
3. Click the expand button on the Description field to open ReadMorePage
4. Type some text on the blank ReadMorePage
5. Press the ✓ (tick) to save and go back
6. Check if the typed text appears in the description preview
