Dropdown Labels Not Visible in Dark Mode on Task Initial Stage Selection

In the Task Initial Stage Selection screen, the text/labels within the dropdown list are not visible when the application is used in Dark Mode. (Version v1.2.9)

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Enable Dark Mode.
2.Navigate to the task creation/edit screen.
3.Click the Initial Stage Selection dropdown.
4.Observe the dropdown options.

Actual Result:
The dropdown option labels are not visible (or have very low contrast), making it difficult to select an option.
