[Feature Request] WAV Conversion Presets for 3CX + Custom URL Parameters

Hello,

I would like to suggest a feature that could improve workflow efficiency when preparing audio files for telephony systems like 3CX.

1. WAV Conversion Preset for 3CX
   It would be helpful to have a built-in preset for WAV conversion specifically tailored for 3CX requirements, with the following parameters:

   Channel: Mono
   Sample Rate: 8 kHz
   Bit Depth: 16-bit

This would save time, as we currently need to convert the client’s file to .wav using ConvertX, and then use the 3CX converter to apply the required settings.

2. Custom URL with Predefined Settings
   Additionally, it would be great to have the ability to generate or use a custom URL that already includes destination format of choice.
   This would allow us to directly achieve the desired conversion.
