History link visible when HIDE_HISTORY env variable is set

Describe the bug
When the environment variable HIDE_HISTORY is used, the history link is still visible on the results page. This is unexpected; the link should be hidden in line with the environment variable's purpose.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set the HIDE_HISTORY environment variable when running ConvertX.
2. Generate some results to reach the results page.
3. Observe that the history link remains visible.
