Document `brane-ctl` dependency on `libsqlite3`

Well, either update the docs or link it statically if diesel (which I think is where we get the dep from) supports that. And we don't mind a slightly larger binary.

Yes, I think it also makes sense to package Brane during releases for at least ubuntu.

Oh I hadn't even thought about packaging it! I just meant that maybe we can also statically link the lib in the binary during compilation. E.g., the openssl crate supports this.

But packaging's maybe even more elegant! Also to make the config dirs etc

I know, I meant also as in addition to the above. I will probably package it for nix as well as that is my daily driver. Creating a PKGBUILD for arch is even more trivial, that might help some people get set up.

Ah right, sorry. But excellent idea. I'd like to see arch, and we know of at least one user that used Ubuntu ( :) ). I guess that adding a brew one would be even more awesome for mac users, and then if we add winget or chocolatey we'd have quite a broad support set?

...but starting with just the Linux ones would be a neat beginning :)

I hope to be able to create all three of them with some virtualisation, but I have mixed experiences with that kind of development, so we'll see how far I get :P
