about IPC "Language Not Compare!!Going to exit!"

I have successfully changed the SimpChinese firmware of NVR4208-HDS2 to multi-language firmware.
And has run successfully.
But this way can’t use SimpChinese IPC.
Then, I tried to move the SPI NAND of the English 2439SP-SA-LED-S2 IPC.
And put in SimpChinese HFW3230M-ST-LED.
Boot into Kernel successfully.

Is there any way to escape the IPC language detection mechanism?
Can you give some hints?

The simplest way would be to patch lib/modules/pdc.ko with a HEX editor.
Change the String "SimpChinese" to "English"

In linux command mode, I don't know how to edit with hxd.
