Description
Powerup Events currently take several minutes to send and tabulate. This issue can be solved by tuning the parallelization. Powerup Events were fully parallelized before but JDA failed to handle the rate limiting properly, causing BoarBot to be temporarily IP banned. Investigate if this issue has been fixed. If not, figure out a way to avoid it.

Powerup Events tabulate for less than 30 seconds.
