no css in new tab

Describe the bug
When opening a second proxer tab, often the css is not loaded.
Is only loads after reloading the tab (F5).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Proxer e.g. https://proxer.me/manga/updates#top
2. Open a manga in a new tab (background)
3. Wait till tab is loaded in background
4. Open tab

Expected behavior
The css is always loaded if the design is active
