Summary
Some users, especially those on iOS, may have permissions settings to automatically deny access to the camera. When these users go to the camera page, they'll just see a loading circle. It's easy to conclude poor Internet connection or that the app is broken when in reality camera access is disabled.
Ideally, some sort of notification should appear on the camera page if camera access is disabled so users better understand what's going on and what to address on their permissions settings.
