ENC calculation for codonTables with single row

Hi,

CoRon is an amazing package. I use it for calculating ENC by implementing different translation table.
I can get the ENC calculated on a different sets with varying number of sequences. There is a issue in when calculating ENC for a single sequence. codonTable works good however when calculating ENC using codonTable with single rows the issue comes. Can you please help me with this.
