I used it to calculate several CUB statistics on a sample of 50 alignements (dna sequences).
For a few sequences (for example, 2 sequences among 53), I obtain negative values of ENC prime (-150). It can vary, I obtain negative values as -252.90.
I haven't noticed anything particular on the sequences leading to such results (I don't expect negative values for ENC, that does not make any sens). Do you have any idea where the problem could be?
