Window broken when resizing

Describe the bug
When the window is shown on different form factors, the content breaks. Menu buttons are in the wrong places and different parts of the UI are shown that are inconsistent.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch the website using the docker image
2. Open website using google-chrome
3. Resize the window so that it only takes up half the screen.

Expected behavior
The menu bar should transition into a different version which has the Libre button overlapping the main scene.
