Here we describe common issues and errors that can occur, and also how to solve them.

Can't place orders even though you have entered the correct credentials.

The store config might not be set to use the default, follow the instructions below to use the default.

1. Navigate to System --> Configuration.
2. Select "Main Website" under "Current Configuration Scope".
3. Navigate to the page, Billmate --> General settings under the configuration.
4. Make sure that "Use Default" is checked for all the Billmate general settings.

5. Select "Default Store Config" under "Current Configuration Scope".
6. Navigate to the page, Billmate --> General settings under the configuration.
7. Make sure that "Use Website" is checked for all the Billmate general settings.

Now the issue should be resolved.
