Administrators should be able to access general user mailboxes, similar to cPanel, without needing to change the user's password
Describe alternatives you've considered
Since we have control over the user list in cPanel, admins can check any mailbox without changing the user's password. It would be great if BillionMail had this same feature to complement the existing password reset and storage allocation tools.
