Mermaid Js support?

Hi great idea. Are there any plans to support mermaid.js/starlight?

It looks like it might not be too huge a lift.

I’ve submitted a pull request (#2) to address this issue. The PR includes:

• Integration of Mermaid.js into the project, specifically in BlogPost.astro, for rendering diagrams.
• Dynamic theme switching support for Mermaid.js based on the prefers-color-scheme media query, ensuring diagrams match the site's light or dark mode.
• Custom themeCSS styles for better alignment with the site's design and themes.
• Re-rendering of Mermaid.js diagrams on theme changes to maintain consistency.
