Problem trying to execute the help command

What happen?
When you send the help message in the discord bot, you don't receive the information about the command that you want to.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn on the bot npm start
2. Go to your discord bot and type !help or !help cfe

Expected result:
A message with the data of how does a command works or how does itself works.

Obtained result:
A error message.
