Remove the INT default for docIdType

This is a dangerous default that it not properly documented and breaks for any table we are trying to track that isn't using ints as an id column. (i.e. UUID etc) removing it from a default would require users to explicitly reference it (it won't return a ts error if not present) avoiding such further errors

How is it dangerous? You can override it.

Because it fails kind of silently when then not specifying the docId type in the ragmatic schema definition.

It should either somehow map to whatever the table it is trying to track has as a type for its id or simpler not have a default so that the user know they have to set the same as in the table they are tracking
