The joystick design I made has three axis, x,y and z. The z axis is indeed the rotation of the body of the joystick |

This guy, does it have 3 axes? Would that be x and y, and a rotary rudder axis? The one that's on the joystick body itself? If it doesn't have them, are you able to produce one? What would the price be?
