first of all, thank you for your repository – it helped me a lot when I started working with custom threads in Fusion 360. 🙌
Over the last few months, I've continued building on that idea and put together a significantly extended collection of thread profiles that goes well beyond the metric 3D‑printing threads:

What's different / larger in my repo:
- 41 thread sizes across 9 definition files (including TR8–TR150, UNC 1/4″ and 3/8″, E27, CO₂/DIN 477, Sodastream, Gardena, PCO 1881)
- 45° flank angle for trapezoidal threads – Autodesk themselves use this for plastic threads, and it prints without supports
- 6 tolerance classes with clear recommendations: "against real part" vs. "both parts printed"
- ThreadKeeper is documented in detail – including a warning about the Autodesk App Store version
- Safety notes (no pressure vessels, no electrically conductive parts)
- An AI prompt that lets anyone generate additional thread profiles on their own
Maybe you'd like to take a look – and if you're interested in incorporating any of the profiles from my collection into your project, I'm happy to discuss that. I just wanted to let you know that a more comprehensive alternative exists.
