Describe the bug
When placing down the animal pen block, it works perfectly fine. When trying to break the base slab it shows the break particles and plays the break sound but doesn't break. I tried in survival and in creative and it doesnt break. Even when killing "item_display" and "interaction" entities and leave behind the base slab, it doesn't break. I find the only way to break it is by disabling the plugin which then allows me to break it and then killing the entities to remove any left over stuff. ( I used the spruce animal pen I didn't tried other but I assume it to be the same result)
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Place spruce animal pen
- Try to break base smooth stone slab
Expected behavior
- It should break and return the animal pen to me, giving me back the animal cage as well if it is still there.

I am running paper 26.2-53. Minecraft version 26.2. Running it self hosted.
