Debug SAMD21-M0-Mini using j-link edu mini and PlatformIO

This is not an error message. I have developed a package of files and info to enable anyone to debug these modules using a j-link debug probe and PlatformIO. At the following location is a complete PlatformIO folder to open in PlatformIO and it includes a folder "Additional files for j-link debug" that includes additional files and instructions how to use them:
