Long loading time for Edit page

To load the edit page takes a very long time. E.g., in the Explos this ends up with very very long times until all calls return values from the backend.

• reduce amount of calls (e.g., for file uload)
• change way of reading / locking cache file (Ai has some suggestions on how to address it.)
• data preview data is called 5 times instead of 1

two possible reasons:

1. number of calls --> try to reduce
2. Reading the cache file is blocking, which is also the explanation I see locally the following error "System.IO.IOException: "The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\c1zafr\source\repos\BEXIS2\Core\data\datasets\2\editdatasetdetailscache.json' because it is being used by another process."
