Azure infraestructure and arquitecture for 10k concurrent users

Hi
At present, we have an infraestructure in Azure for 2.5k concurrent users. Due to a business need, from now, we need to adjust our infra and architecture for more than 10k concurrent users. Is there any guideline to follow? For instance, we have My Sql in a VM with 32Vcpu. We need to tripple VCPU and memory? What are the suggestions or guidelines related?
