[BUG] Matting

Prerequisites

• I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
• I am running the latest version of ComfyUI_frontend
• I am running the latest version of LayerForge Github | Manager
• I have searched existing(open/closed) issues to make sure this isn't a duplicate

What happened?

When I want to make a Matting, I've got this error:

Model configuration compatibility issue detected. Please delete the model cache directory '...\ComfyUI\models\BiRefNet' and restart ComfyUI. This will download a fresh copy of the model with the updated configuration.

I've deleted the directory. The model download automatically but I've got always the same problem.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect Image to Input
2. Click Matting
3. See error

I get this as well. Seems to be the same issue as here: #3

I have the model files in the proper folder but it still doesn't pick them up.

My f-12 chrome console shows the follow in the event it helps:

Ok, Claude helped me resolve this by creating a Huggingface token (after logging into my HF account), and then setting that token as an environmental variable in Windows:

Thanks for trying to help resolve this issue! I wasn’t really sure how to reproduce the problem on my side, so I didn’t know what the root cause was. If other users confirm that your solution fixes it for them, I’ll add your fix to the README.
