[BUG] Carpet’s mobcaps can't be displayed

Description:
When async mod is installed together with Carpet, the mobcaps logger no longer shows mob caps after rejoining a world. Instead, pressing Tab displays AVAILABLE even though the logger is correctly set.

Environment:
Client: 1.21.11 (client)
Fabric: 0.19.3

Mods:
fabric-api-0.141.4+1.21.11
fabric-carpet-1.21.11-1.4.194+v251223
async-fabric-0.2.0+alpha-1.21.11

Reproduce:
1、Start a new singleplayer world with the above mods.
2、Open chat and run: /carpet defaultLoggers mobcaps.
3、Exit the world and rejoin.
4、Pressing Tab.
