Emojis with color information do not display properly

Sample of emojis that do not display when typing make help:

• ✋🏿

@mmaayylliiss More emojis should appear in the make help now but colored emojis like ✋🏿 still won't work. To completely fix this I think I have to wait for an official fix on pest.

Seems they are now displaying correctly (at least on macos), I still need to check this on linux before closing this issue.
