OpenPLC runtime fails to start if there are multiple Modbus slaves behind a single gateway with message:
[ERROR] [MODBUS_MASTER] Error starting main loop: Duplicate host:port combinations found for TCP devices. Each TCP device must have a unique host:port combination.
There is an identical issue reported against OpenPLC Editor: Autonomy-Logic/openplc-editor#695
