Error in name after editing a function block

After closing the Openplc Editor and reloading the project, the name was correct again.

Found the root cause and opened #955. This is not caused by editing the function block — it is the project search. The explorer passes the search-highlight HTML string as the tree label, and the leaf renders labels as plain text; since the search query persists in the store after a search, the matching element's name shows as literal <span class=... markup until restart. Deterministic repro on current development: create an FB named Taktgeber → Search → 'Taktgeber' → Find → the tree shows exactly the markup from the screenshot in this issue. That's why it looked random and was unreproducible without having searched first. Fix renders the highlight safely through the existing HighlightedText component and keeps the plain name as the element identity (which also fixes rename/duplicate/delete targeting a nonexistent name while highlighted).
