Last checked date is now populated by preingestion. There are some datasets that may be checked but not change, eg if they are delivered via an IPT.
Re the published date - technically the definition is the date the index went live. Instead I think we should read from SOLR (ie live index) max(lastLoadDate) for that DR. I believe lastLoadDate populated in pipelines from raw_lastModifiedTime which is the last date that this data resource was loaded from a DwCA into verbatim avro. Seems the most aligned with a publish date.
