Missing/redundant information in Datasets box on 0-record species #237

Description

@timhicks-ala

The "Datasets" box on BIE species pages shows the number of datasets including records for a particular species, and links to the "Data partners" tab to show where records have come from. For a species with zero records in the ALA, this displays incorrectly (does not show "0" for number of datasets), and the Data partners link is a bit redundant.

Example species: https://bie.ala.org.au/species/urn:lsid:biodiversity.org.au:afd.taxon:f43db265-cada-44a1-b31d-8ca938b44bce

0 datasets

Suggested changes:

  • Show "0 datasets have provided..." for species with no records (instead of no number at all)
  • Hide the "Browse the list of datasets..." link and paragraph for species with no records to avoid showing essentially a redundant link - important because especially on a species page with no records, users are going to look for any other sources of information they can find.
