Note to self: there are several mistakes in the metadata. I need to create an updated version which will include:
-column with the FlowCam sample codes
-column with the FlowCam sample names (note that file names are sometimes slightly different e.g., have _1 or um--> UM)
-updated tide info (fix this for Pacific, add for Gulf from Thomas, clarify it's "NA" for Newfoundland 2020)
-convert waterVolumes from cm3 --> m3 for some stations
-fix coordinates for Sober Island site
-fill in any other missing/incorrect data
Refer to metadataProcessing.R and zooplanktonCounts.R in DataProcessing for documentation of corrections.
