I was wondering if the pre-computed ESP surfaces used for training are available anywhere?
Or, equivalently, the necessary code to implement the full data pipeline starting from the data available here.

did you manage to make any progress re: this issue? do the files the authors uploaded on figshare not contain the training charges?

The charges are there but I needed the pre-processing code. In the end I stopped caring

I started looking at this but it got a bit involved and then more urgent tasks came up - sorry for not sending a holding reply at least! Anyway, the data still exists, and there's no problem in principle sharing it, but it's a lot of work to disentangle it from the specifics of our database/compute setup. If you're still interested and could let me know what you want to do (here or by email if you prefer) then I can look at feasibility and timescale.
