Higher quality music

Describe the bug
higher quality music fails to play sometimes, I mainly see this in sky battle and HITW (after many tests)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. turn on higher quality music
2. play any game
3. see issue

Expected behaviour
for the higher quality music to be playing as it should

Every time I restart my game the Higher quality music option gets disabled. It might have to do something with that
