Currently, there is adjust_KR and adjust_SW, these should be called by an overarching function adjust, which takes a method keyword which can equal KenwardRoger() or Satterthwaite(). These will be subtypes of AbstractLMMSS.
All tests and documentation should be updated to this new interface.
The default method should be KenwardRoger.
