XML Quoting Request

Would it be possible to create an additional param to change to double quotes from single? I have seen there is a property for this on the XML document object in the gem

Can you give me an example of what you think this would look like in the puppet file and what you would expect the output to be? Would this change all quotes on an XML tag or just specific parts?

This would change the quotes on the values. My windows system xml file use double quotes in the values verse single. I did a fork and started development on this I needed to figure out the param portion. https://github.com/radmonius/xml_fragment. Basically it would just be a bool in the lamda to toggle it for the Gem.
