Alt names collision

If you have multiples objects with the same alt names, how the system will know which to use?

Ex: use the door, and you have 3 doors and all of them have the alt name door.

A solution to this problem was registering the alt_names in the dictionary when an entity is created or update.
If the alt_name has been registered, skip it, otherwise add it. This allows to have and use alt names like:
door, d1, 1trap, teleport-5 red-door, etc
