Add "Esc" Overide to Prevent "Esc" from ALWAYS Exiting Fullscreen Mode

I would like to suggest adding a feature that allows users to override the system settings for the "Esc" key. On macOS, pressing "Esc" automatically exits full-screen mode, and there is no straightforward way to change this behavior without downloading additional software, which I would prefer to avoid.

Hey ChrisMWalters,
I looked into this feature, and it turns out that overriding the system behaviour of the ESC key would be outside the scope of the app. The app is designed to display shortcuts, not to change macOS system-level key behaviour.

If you have a specific workflow or example in mind, please share.
