[BUG] False positive detection on video URL

Describe the bug
No checking if a URL ending with .m3u8/.mpd/.mp4 is actually a video. Many sites return preview pages for URLs with these extensions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. run history.pushState({}, "", "/test.m3u8") on any webpage and f5
2. extension incorrectly activates the player

Unfortunately, it's not possible to check if it is actually a video without trying to play it. The declarative web request API does not return the response body of requests anymore.

you dont need web request API at all, just use content script to check the html

that wouldn't work for streams because the source is set to a MediaSource and is a random identifier.
