"News" page has an inconsistent background color

Describe the bug
The background color on the /news page is different from all other pages on the website. This creates a jarring and inconsistent user experience that breaks the site's brand identity.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the homepage and observe the background color.
2. Navigate to the /news page.
3. Observe that the background color on this page is different.

Expected behavior

The background color on the "News" page should be the same as the background color on all other pages of the website.
