I was having a browse on GitHub and found something interesting.
In this commit, the author has implemented (as he claims) a random loading screen, just as Rockstar did in the PS2 version of GTA: VC.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to test how it works.
I find this feature interesting, as it would make the game’s loading process more unique and varied. Especially since these files already exist in the PC version of the game, but they aren’t being used.
Could you please implement the random loading screen feature?
