Highlighted Tabs of changed files are different

Hi,

the bottom border from tabs with changed files is different. Sometimes the line is hard to see and very dark and sometimes the line is like on the screenshots.

I noticed that this depends on the width of the tab. If the file name on the tab is less than 15 characters, then the line is pale.

With numbers I'm getting the bright line triggered on 13th one, while letters usually on the 15th as you stated.

Anyways, when pale, tab height dimensions seem 1px less, or maybe some padding variation based off tab title pushing the line 1px above, in comparison to right tab.
