turning screen greyscale? #58

Description

@wolftune

This might need to be more at a lower system level, but I noticed this because GNOME 48 announced "Digital Wellbeing", one of the only break-focused features built into such a system.

GNOME's approach includes reminders for eye-breaks and movement-breaks with some small/large approach.

The main focus it has that Sane-break lacks is stats (#14) and daily limit (#13), and the main interesting thing is the option to turn the display greyscale at the daily limit.

If it's possible to do greyscale within sane-break, I can imagine some interesting options. It could be done when postponing (to make postponing still functional but more obvious that it's happening). It could be done after some amount of time when nag is being ignored, prior to (or even instead of) forcing the break.
