Regularly review user satisfaction over current Sane Break personalized setup #115

Description

@Cwpute

I've been using Sane Break for some good months now, and after several different break-reminder setups, i think i have set up for somehting that suits me and helps me enough without being too pushy or annoying. Thanks you very much for that @AllanChain !

Although this is good as it is, i could see myself changing things in my work habits overtime, because i'll be working in a different environment or a lesser a greater amount on the computer. Either way, i'd like Sane Break to regularly prompt me if i'm feeling confortable with the current parameters i've decided upon, so as to push me to change them if they're not good enough, or too restricting.
I could see this happening after 1 day of work (next time Sane Break is started again), then after 1 month, and finally, every 6 months.
These 3 subsequent reviews would happen after first booting up Sane Break, then everytime after the user modifies Sane Break's parameters.

This review would just take the form of an information window asking if the user is satisfied with the current parameters, and if not, provide them with a text box that allows them to say why, which would then send them to the parameters for them to change anything they'd like to change. The justification they'd have written before would be re-used before applying the changed parameters saying "Did you change these parameters in order to solve your issue ? [insert justification here]", and possibly next time the parameters are going to be changed, showing the user what their previous request for setup change was for.

This is all in order to help the user reflect a bit more on their choices.
