IC2 Hops. Can't Crossbreed

Unable to get Ic2 Hops. Even after crossbreeding during several hours with netherack X netherack.
Another way to get Ic2 alcohol to be able to craft Insane Voltage Emitter from Advanced Generator ?

Same problem, in crop analyzer hops chance 1,6% to crossbreeding two hemps but drops every thing what have less chance, but not hops. 2 days i spend to get one hops
