What happened?

At first, the game would crash when I tried to change the language to Spanish. I thought it was a memory issue, so I allocated a minimum of 10GB and a maximum of 14GB.
Now, it always crashes on launch, even if I return to the previous memory allocation.

I tried to find the crash-report folder but couldn't find it. When the crash occurred, a window opened with an option to view the crash_assistant_app file, so I uploaded that one.
