Are you sure that this is the desired way to go here? I believe souls are much easier to get in ATM 10 than in a normal setup, so maybe changing the cost multipliers slightly, and then making hyper enchanting exponentially more expensive by changing the "catalystHyperExpFactor" a bit would be more desirable here.

catalystHyperExpFactor is exponential correct? So even a small change is enough I believe?

@TheBedrockMaster The stage is yours, it should be good. Now it should cost 750 souls for a level 9 enchant and going higher makes it slowly impossible

I thought it was worth mentioning:
I noticed in ATM10 7.0, Oritech added the "Tainted Refinery". To get this new machine, you need to go through some mechanics that involve the "Arcane Catalyst" that is involved here.
Just another reason to get this looked at, since it's currently disabling additional mechanics @TheBedrockMaster
