Plex always running breaks the logic

Although I like the new version, the Pi Plex server runs all the time, so it wakes the powerful pc all the time, since it is active!

The service is active but it shouldn't be trigger WOL if no client is trying to connect to it

And yet it does. When I stopped and disabled the media server it fixed it. Maybe switch to a different logic?
