libbfm/condition: Remove corresponding rows/columns of elasticity matrix when boundary condition of a node is Dirichlet == 0

Sometimes we could have a large number of nodes as Dirichlet boundary conditions (most commonly == 0), in which case we could observe significant performance gains from doing this.
