Currently, if two sites are exactly geographically colocated, funmixer quietly removes one of them and results in a network with one less row for every duplicated site. This ultimately results in a crash when the observations are loaded in, but the warning is not helpful at determining this. Raise a more helpful warning, or error, if duplicate sites are found!
